Here's how we do it

A Class Order exemption allows you to raise a maximum of A$5million from the public (registered with AAIMX) while remaining compliant with the Australian Corporations Act. "The public" does not mean the Australian public. It means anyone in the world. Registration with AAIMX is done on-line. Upon successful signing up, you are listed on an advanced internet based Board where investors seek you out and invest in your business in lots. The money will be kept in a trust account until the subscription is reached. The money is then released to the company which may be taken out of Australia.

Here's how you do it

Step 1:    Go to Get Investors and give us your contact.

Step 2:    Get "Investor Ready". We will prompt you when you apply.

Step 3:   We will assist you in preparing documentation for compliance with the Class Order and AAIMX and                llisting on its board. This will cost A$11,000 (including GST).
